Each section is looked after by a qualified personnel in the specified field who conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate them as per the job description.

We deliver this by hiring only qualified workforce according to client's requirements.

 Selection Process

 Upon receipt of all the relevant documents for recruitment formalities (Demand Letter, Power of Attorney printed in clients company's letterhead with authorized persons signature and stamp, dully attested by Chamber of Commerce and concerned Embassies & Ministry of Foreign Affairs, we will start sourcing the right candidates according to the specified requirement for the position in terms of function, qualification & experience, and based on the job description will procure candidates primarily from the sources, as stated below  

  • Through advertising in the leading local commercial newspapers
  • Data Bank (ready pool of candidates for different positions, filled in our computer index)
  • Skilled search techniques appropriate and ethical procedures are adapted to headhunt the right candidates.

 Our Responsibility :

 Our professional and short listing team will conduct preliminary interview and keep candidates ready for final interview & client's selection. 

  • All completed resumes / bio-data's of the short listed candidates are dispatched to our clients for their perusal and further evaluation as desired within 10 to 15 days.
  • Interviews can be organized by conducting telephonic or internet conference interviews to be followed by personal interviews if required within 10 to 15 days upon receipt of all the attested documents.
  • We organize the final interviews with the candidates as arranged by our clients / representatives.
  • The trade test of any other relevant facilities will be arranged to screen the candidates to check the technicality.
  • All the short listed applicants will be sent to the accredited clinics / hospitals for medical  tests to ensure that they are fit enough before joining the company according our client demand. In case any of our candidates proved to be medically unfit within 30 days of his joining will be send back provided his medical unfitness is proved by documentation and the replacement for the same would be provided.
  • Each and every candidate selected through us will be given a guarantee of 30 days for their performance, if any candidate to be unfit or proved to be not able to perform his duty for which he has been recruited will be send back and the replacement would be provided.

 Clients Responsibility Upon selection or short listing by the client, the candidates will be provided with the following particulars:

  • It would be advisable to the client to keep us updated on the status of selected candidates – 10 days upon receipt of the resumes / Interviews / short listings.
  • Offer letters with position / salary / other benefits
  • The period of contract / joining date
  • Requirements of Certificates & Documents
  • Any other terms and conditions with regards to recruitment. If it is a bulk order and the client wants to go for an interview the copy of the labor approval should be provided to us.
  • In order to avoid any drop out at last moment it is always advisable to process the papers immediately after selection which should not be later than 45 days from the interview or selection, and in case the client failed to proceed with the necessary formalities for own reasons, a fixed fee of USD 200 for each selected candidate is to be paid to the agency.
